The cake everyone remembers. Two light sponges baked fresh, sandwiched with a good layer of raspberry jam and finished with a dusting of sugar on top. Simple, honest, and exactly how a Victoria sponge should be. Lovely with a pot of tea.
Dairy free as standard, like every cake we bake, so there is no need to ask or pay extra.
All cakes are dairy free as standard. Made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, gluten and eggs, so we cannot guarantee any cake is free from traces. Please tell us about any allergies when you order.
